About your new role:
We are seeking an experienced, proactive and energetic Parts Manager to join their team to continue to drive and support this integral area of the business. You will need to have a customer service mindset plus be willing to shape and lead a team of 3.
What you'll need to succeed:
- A strong understanding of electronic parts catalogues
- Sound computer skills
- Strong sales aptitude and business acumen
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to prioritise and reach deadlines
- Knowledgeable with all aspects of parts inventory management
- Ability to build robust relationships with suppliers and customers
- Collaboration – you'll be a team player
You will be in charge of:
- Inventory Management
- Customer Service
- Development and training of the Parts team
- Sales and Profit
